The short version: your leads are your business, literally. We keep them safe, we don't sell them, and you can take them with you.

What we store

Your account email and name, your business name and time zone, the leads you tell your assistant about (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, bids), the notes, dates and history on each one, the messages your assistant drafts for you, and the voice notes and photos you send. Voice notes are transcribed so your assistant can act on them.

Who sees it

You, and the services that make the app work on your behalf: secure hosting and storage, the AI that reads your messages and photos and drafts your notes, transcription for voice notes, our email provider for the emails we send you, and Stripe for payments — your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Error reports have names, numbers and message text stripped out before they leave the app. Nobody else sees your data. We never sell it, and we never use one contractor's leads to help another.

Our ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google

Our public pages — the home page, sign-up, Privacy and Terms — use the Meta Pixel (from Facebook's parent company) and the Google Ads tag, small pieces of code that tell us whether our ads work. They set cookies and tell Meta and Google when someone visits those pages or signs up, and Meta when someone starts paying. They are never told anything that happens inside the app: not your leads, your messages, your voice notes or your photos. To limit ad tracking, use your Facebook or Google ad settings, or your browser's privacy settings. The same pages also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits and sign-ups without cookies or anything that identifies you.

Messages to your customers

Lead Cash never sends anything to your customers. Your assistant drafts a message; you send it yourself, from your own phone or your own email, if and when you choose to. We don't see their replies — those come straight to you.

Getting your data out — or gone

Download everything anytime from Settings with Export my data — it works even after a trial or subscription ends. To delete your account and all of it, email hello@getleadcash.com.
