Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lead Cash. By accessing, signing up for, or using our app, software and services, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Lead Cash. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

1. What Lead Cash is — and isn't

  • A lead tracking tool. Lead Cash is software for home improvement contractors and home service professionals. It helps you track, manage and follow up on the leads that come in to you, from the moment you get one until you mark it sold or dead.
  • No lead generation. Lead Cash does not generate leads, find customers for you, or provide advertising services. Our marketing talks about not letting leads go cold and not losing jobs to the competition — that's about how quickly and reliably you follow up. The app itself is purely a tracking and management tool.
  • No sales guarantees. We make no guarantee, promise or warranty that using Lead Cash will close sales, increase your revenue, or grow your business.

2. Free trial, pricing and billing

  • No card needed for the trial. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. You don't need to enter a credit card to try it.
  • Your first paid month. When the 14-day trial ends, you can choose to subscribe. The standard rate is $189/month, but new subscribers get $100 off their first paid month, so that month costs $89.
  • Renewal. After your first paid month, your subscription renews automatically every month at the standard rate of $189/month until you cancel.
  • Payment processing. All payments are processed securely by Stripe or another payment processor we choose. Your card details go to them, never to us.

3. Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time. In the app, open Settings and tap Billing ("Change your card, see invoices, or cancel"). That opens Stripe's secure billing page, where you can cancel. Your access stays on through the end of the billing month you've already paid for.
  • If you're not happy. If you are ever dissatisfied with Lead Cash for any reason, your sole and exclusive remedy — and our only liability — is a refund of the subscription fee you paid for the current billing month. To get it, open Settings, tap Get help, and use Close my account and refund this month. Your subscription stops renewing right away, and within 24 hours your account closes and the current month's payment is refunded to your card. We may contact you first to hear what went wrong; the refund is issued either way. We don't give refunds, credits or adjustments for any earlier months or billing cycles. This refund is guaranteed once per account; any later request is reviewed by our team.
  • Your leads are yours. Your leads and notes belong to you. You can download all of them as a spreadsheet (CSV) from Settings at any time, at no cost — including after you cancel or close your account.

4. Messages to your customers and to you

  • Messages to your customers come from you. Lead Cash never sends a text, email or any other message to your customers on your behalf. Your assistant can draft a message for you, but it goes out from your own phone or your own email app, and only if you choose to send it.
  • Their permission is your responsibility. Because you're the one sending, you're responsible for having your customers' permission to contact them, and for following the laws that apply to your texts, calls and emails — for example the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act — including stopping when someone asks you to.
  • Emails from us to you. We email you at your account address: sign-in codes, billing notices (like a receipt, or a card that didn't go through), and the morning check-in and email summaries. You can switch the morning check-in and summaries off anytime in Settings. Phone notifications only come if you turn them on.
  • Text messages. We don't send you text messages. If we ever add text alerts, they'll be strictly opt-in. Agreeing to receive them will never be a condition of buying a subscription, message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and you'll be able to stop them anytime by replying STOP.

5. AI assistance, running your business, and limits of liability

  • AI-assisted features. Lead Cash uses artificial intelligence to help you — to file leads, draft messages and remind you who to follow up with. AI can make mistakes, get details wrong, or give imperfect suggestions. Check what it drafts before you send it.
  • You run your business. You keep 100% of the responsibility for managing, leading and making decisions for your business. Lead Cash is an administrative and organizing aid for you to consider before you make your own final decisions. We take no responsibility for your business, financial or operational results.
  • Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent the law allows, Lead Cash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for all claims of any kind arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the app is capped at, and will never exceed, the amount you actually paid Lead Cash for the current month of your subscription.

6. Intellectual property, account security and acceptable use

  • Our property. All source code, design, screens, database structures, trademarks, logos, workflows and AI implementations that make up Lead Cash belong exclusively to Lead Cash. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the app for your own internal business operations.
  • Account security. You're solely responsible for keeping your account secure — including the email inbox your sign-in codes go to and any device you stay signed in on. You're fully responsible for everything that happens, and every charge made, under your account.
  • Acceptable use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, scrape, or try to extract the source code of the app, and not to send any malware, harmful code or unlawful communications through it.

7. Changes to the service, pricing and these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms or change future subscription pricing. We'll tell active subscribers about any price change or major change to these Terms before it takes effect on a later billing cycle. If you keep using the app after an update, you're accepting the updated Terms.

8. Disputes and binding arbitration

  • Arbitration, not court. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our software, or your subscription will be resolved only through binding arbitration, not in court.
  • The panel and the place. The arbitration will be conducted by an independent panel of three (3) impartial arbitrators, and will take place in or around St. Cloud, Florida.
  • The decision is final. The decision and award of the three arbitrators is final, binding and cannot be appealed, and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction. You give up any right to a jury trial and any right to take part in a class action lawsuit.

9. If part of these Terms doesn't hold up

If an arbitrator or a court with jurisdiction finds any part of these Terms illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be modified, rewritten or interpreted only as much as needed to make it legal, valid and enforceable, while keeping its original business intent. If that isn't possible, that part alone is removed, and the rest of these Terms stays in full force.

Your leads and notes are yours — see the Privacy page for how we handle them. You can download all of it anytime from Settings with Export my data, including after a trial or subscription ends.
